Great British Hospitality is a campaign created by the De Vere Group to raise awareness of our brands and the De Vere name, through the celebration and discussion of all the things that make British hospitality great. We are the only privately owned hotel group in the country to be embarking on such a project.
We want to be better, and a better De Vere means a better guest experience. All our brands are behind this and committed to working towards this as a group.
Since the start of this campaign we have hosted great British Hospitality events, asked for guest feedback and acted on it, produced useful tips and guides from De Vere experts such as chefs, groundsmen and golf pros for the great British public and even held our own De Vere Award Ceremony to celebrate and honour the fantastic achievements that De Vere people have accomplished.

So the summer holiday season is about to get going in full steam, and following on from my last snippets of advice, I wanted to impart some of my knowledge regards luggage and ensuring that you do not end up with excess luggage charges and so you can minimise the risk of you arriving at your destination, but your luggage arriving elsewhere. Most luggage gets there safely and securely, but sometimes things do go wrong and when they do, you need to be prepared.
